Welcome to FundamentalSpeculation, an app (the 'App') owned and operated by Vembar, LLC, a limited liability company duly formed and existing under the laws of the State of Connecticut whose registered office address is 415 Boston Post Rd PMB 750, Ste 3, Milford, CT 06460, referred to in this document, by the terms 'Provider' or 'we' or 'us' or 'our'. The terms 'user' or 'you' or 'your' refers to any and all users and/or viewers of the App. Your use of the App constitutes your agreement to the following Privacy Policy which, together with our Terms and Conditions of Use, govern the relationship between you and us. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use this App.

To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make a link to it available on this App.

We reserve the right, to modify, alter, update, and/or otherwise change this Privacy Policy at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, updates, or changes. The date of the most recent version of this Privacy Policy is shown at the top, left of this Privacy Policy. If your use the App on or after that date, you agree to be bound by any and all such modifications, alterations, updates, and/or changes.

This privacy statement applies to both our iOS and Android version of the App including all websites and domains owned or operated by us. This privacy statement covers personally identifiable information, anonymous data collection and aggregate reporting. Personally identifiable information is any information that is associated with your name or personal identity.

What we collect

During the registration process, the types of personal information you provide to us may include, name, address, phone, fax, email address, social security number, driver’s license number, date of birth, username and password, billing information, transaction, and credit card information. We also support signups using your existing Google accounts which share your name and email address with us. We also use Google's Ad services to serve you ads and Google's Firebase Services for App analytics. Please refer to Google's terms of use and privacy policy for more details. We may log your IP address (the Internet address of your phone/tablet) to give us an idea of which parts of our App you visit and how long you spend there. But we do not link your IP address to any personal information unless you have logged in to the App.

How we use it

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• To make the App easier for you to use by not making you enter your personal information more than once.
• To deliver services that you request or purchase.
• To help us create and publish content most relevant to you.
• To alert you of product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new services provided from Provider.
• To provide feedback in an online survey.
• To participate in promotional offers.
• To request assistance or fill out support requests.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information. Provider may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law (for example, a subpoena) or regulation, or in good faith to (a) comply with legal processes served on the site, or (b) protect the rights and property of Provider, or (c) where our records indicate fraudulent activity, deceptive practices, other activity that a governmental agency should be made aware of, or (d) where your communication suggests possible harm to others.

Provider may transfer information about users if Provider is acquired by or merged with another company. Provider is not responsible for notifying user of such changes.

When you register, Provider will not share your information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed. It will only be used for the purposes stated above. We use personal information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices, keep records up to date to notify you via periodic e-mails of technical service issues, specials, or other related product/service information. Your information may be shared with agents or contractors of Provider for the purpose of performing services for Provider.

Internet Commerce

Provider is committed to data security with respect to information collected via our App. We offer the industry standard security measures available called SSL encryption. If any transactions are conducted, we may also share your name, contact information and credit card information with our authorized service providers who process credit card payments. These service providers may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, and will process it in accordance with their privacy policies. Payments for subscriptions via the iOS and Android App are handled by Apple and Google respectively. Please see their website to review their service agreement and privacy policy.

Security of your Personal Information

Provider strictly protects the security of your personal information. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored on password-controlled servers with limited access. You personal information may also be stored on a password-controlled server owned and maintained by a third party entity that provides off-site storage, servers, hosting, and/or other services to Provider. Provider cannot control the security of your personal information stored on or transmitted through this or any other third party.

You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your username and password, so do not share these with others.

We use SSL encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card and personal information. Credit card numbers are only used for processing payment and are not used for other purposes. Our efforts to protect credit card fraud help protect your financial data security.

Access to your Personal Information

We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. You may review and update this information at any time by logging into your account.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity, such as password and username, before granting access to your data.

Use of Cookies

Our App is not setup to track, collect or distribute personal information. Our App does generate certain kinds of non-identifying usage data related to App usage, such as tracking the amount of time a User spends on parts of the App. This information is used for internal purposes only. The statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

Provider's backend Web services use 'cookies' to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your device by a server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Provider does not provide an option to disable cookies.

Advertising and cookies on our websites

We use Google AdSense to show advertising on our websites. Advertising is how we keep the free tier of our products free.

• Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our websites or to other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our sites and/or other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visitingGoogle Ads Settings.
• You can opt out of some third party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising ataboutads.info/choices.

Advertisers and ad networks other than Google may also place cookies or similar identifiers when their ads are shown. We do not control those cookies, and this policy does not cover them. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their own settings.

FundSpec AI on this website

FundSpec AI is the assistant on vembar.io. When you send it a message we record the text of that message, any ticker symbols detected in it, the assistant's reply, your IP address, whether the session carried a premium entitlement, how many earlier turns the conversation had, whether watchlist context was attached, and the time of the request. Very long replies are stored truncated, along with a note of their true length.

We use these records to monitor answer quality, diagnose failures, detect abuse of the service, and improve the underlying models. Please do not put confidential or sensitive personal information into the chat.

How long we keep information

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Server logs and FundSpec AI conversation records are kept only as long as they are useful for the purposes described above, and are deleted or aggregated after that. We may keep information for longer where we are required to by law or need it to resolve a dispute.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us at the address in the last section of this policy and we will respond. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can turn off personalised advertising using the Google link above.

Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on your consent for non-essential cookies and for personalised advertising, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the service for the remainder. Where a consent notice is shown on our sites you can change your choices at any time through that notice. You may also object to processing, or ask for access, correction or deletion, by contacting us.

Children's privacy

Our sites and apps are not directed to children. Our Terms of Use require you to be at least eighteen years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
